Coach Andrea Engstrom
Andrea Engstrom is the founder of BOLD Mastermind, the author of Bold Confidence, and the host of the Andrea Engstrom Show. Her mission is to help women entrepreneurs gain clarity, confidence, and powerful connections so they can build thriving businesses and lives on their own terms. She specializes in guiding women to turn their expertise into high-value coaching programs that generate significant income while supporting freedom, fulfillment, and intentional lifestyles.
With over a decade of experience coaching entrepreneurs, Andrea has helped thousands build profitable businesses without relying on paid ads, instead focusing on organic audience building, authentic messaging, and strategic positioning. She reached consistent $100K months and scaled her own business while working just three days per week and prioritizing life balance, as well as generating over $100,000 in her first 90 days as a coach and went on to build a seven-figure coaching company in under two years. Before coaching, she built and sold a successful digital branding agency and completed multiple real estate investing projects, giving her a unique blend of business strategy and real-world experience.
Andrea founded the vibrant Facebook community BOLD Women in Business Sisterhood, where thousands of women gather to support one another in achieving bold business and personal goals. She also hosts The Andrea Engstrom Show, sharing inspiration and actionable insights with listeners. Andrea brings high energy, relatable storytelling, and integrity to every conversation.
When she’s not coaching or speaking, Andrea enjoys time with her family near their home in South Central Colorado and soaking up snuggles with her grandbabies.
